Sunday Submissions: Modern Poetry in Translation’s LBGTQ+ Issue

The Summer 2018 issue of Modern Poetry in Translation will focus on LBGTQ+ poetry:

They write:

We would love to read new translations from any poet or translator who identifies as LBGTQ+. We are particularly interested in work that, either through content or process, explores gender or sexuality.

Deadline for submitting to the LGBTQ+ focus: April 30th 2018

Translations must be previously unpublished and, while they welcome work from any age, they have a stated preference for contemporary work.

Translators are welcome to send submissions of up to six poems, although they must be able to obtain rights for the reproduction of these translations both in MPT magazine and for the website.

MPT does pay contributors.
