Nomadics has translated three poems by Mohammed Dib: “Guardian Shadow” 1, 2, and 3.
I remember being shaken by his short-story collection The Savage Night, which is perhaps his only book-length work of prose in English. The stories were vivid, violent, and offer the closest portrait of a “terrorist” on his mission that I’ve ever read.
I see that he also apparently has a “novel in verse,” L.A. Trip, of which I hadn’t heard.
