The journal Transference is currently inviting submissions of Arabic poetry translated into English:
Those interested should submit no more than four poems at a time “unless they are extremely short.” You can find the journal’s complete submission guidelines at http://scholarworks.wmich.edu/transference/, as well as PDFs of past issues.
It’s not clear why they suggest the online system might not work, but:
However, if the online submission system is problematic for any reason, submissions may also be sent directly to lang_trans@wmich.edu. Submissions are evaluated in a double-blind peer-review process. Submissions for the fall 2017 issue are currently being accepted.
Transference is published through the Department of World Languages and Literatures at Western Michigan University. It’s currently edited by David Kutzko and Molly Lynde-Recchia.
