It’s submission month for this year’s Gabo Prize for Literature in Translation & Multilingual Texts:
The prize — funded by writers and translators — is awarded twice a year to translators and authors of multilingual texts.
The winner and two semi-finalists are selected annually by a guest judge. The winner receives $200 and will be published alongside two semi-finalists in an upcoming issue of Lunch Ticket.
Those submitting translations are asked to include the original work along with your translation, as well as a statement about their translation process.
The editors add that all submissions for the award will be considered for publication in other sections of Lunch Ticket.
You can find formatting and other submission details on their Submittable.
