Elias Khoury’s Hebrew Translator on Khoury’s ‘Language of Violence’

On April 21, Yehouda Shenhav, the Hebrew translator of White Masks, will speak on “Elias Khoury’s Language of  Violence: Representing/Intervening/Translating”:

This will be followed by “responses” from Robyn Creswell, critic and translator of Sonallah Ibrahim’s That Smell and Notes from Prison as well as Elias Khoury. The talks will be held at the Richard Ettinghausen Library at the Hagop Kevorkian Center, 255 Sullivan Street, NYC, USA.
