Iraqi author Ali Jaafar Alallaq has won the 2023 Sheikh Zayed Book Award, in the Literature category, for his 2022 memoir “إلى أين أيتها القصيدة؟ سيرة ذاتية” (Whereto, O Poem? An Autobiography).
