Places are limited, so organizers ask that those who book arrange to attend both sessions: Tuesday March 16 and Tuesday 23, from 18:30-20:00 GMT.
The launch of the new book -- set for October 15 at 7 p.m. BST -- will feature readings by Darwish and Alshaer, along with a discussion of the poems and the translation process with PTC commissioning editor Edward Doegar.

"Sarah’s commitment to translation of poets from southern nations began when she was sent by the British Council in 1996 to Palestine. Through engagement with poets around the world, she developed the determination to fight the notion of ‘otherness’. Sarah chaired the workshops in the same inclusive spirit, and taught me much, and not only about translation."
